All available shipping methods are provided and calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your details. Please note that we offer more than one option for most European countries.  

 

Free Shipping:  

Free shipping on orders over €30.

 

Standard Method:  

Delivery times are normally as follows:  

 

Portugal and Spain: 1-2 business days  

Azores and Madeira Islands: 6-10 business days  

European Union: 5-10 working days  

Rest of the World: 5-10 business days  

 

Prices and Taxes:  

The prices above include VAT at the legal rate. Any additional fees and taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union will be the responsibility of the customer.  

 

Free Shipping:  

During Free Shipping campaigns, prices are automatically updated at checkout.  

 

Order Processing:  

All orders are processed within one business day after the order is placed at the GABRIEL RIBEIRO store. At the time of Checkout, each available method indicates the time it takes to be delivered to the desired address and its respective price.  

 

Responsibility and Delays:  

We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, although this is not usual. However, we will do our best to resolve all situations as quickly as possible.  

 

During promotional periods and periods of high order volume, order processing and shipping may take longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. This service includes personal delivery with signature. If you choose another delivery method (e.g. drop off at PO boxes), GABRIEL RIBEIRO is not responsible for any loss or damage. Average delivery times are as follows [please allow extra time for customs clearance and remember that if you choose a pre-order item, this time always starts after dispatch].

— International zone 2: 2-6 working days / €7.5 / free shipping over €150:

— International zone 3: 4-8 working days / €12.5 / free shipping over €170:

Pre-orders  

In the case of pre-order items, we will hold the available items and only ship them when all items are in stock. You can request this. However, depending on the availability date, you may receive your products separately.  

When pre-ordering, your credit or debit card will be authorized and charged for the full amount of your order.
