Exchange and Returns Policy

Return  

Returned items must be received at our showroom within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to offer free returns. All personalized and/or engraved products are not eligible for return. 

Once we receive the items, you will receive a refund for the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs. The refund can be made to the account used at the time of payment or via store credit.  

All products are inspected and if it is found that the items have been used or altered, the items will be returned to the customer without prior notice and the additional shipping cost will be charged. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information.  

Items to be exchanged or returned can be sent directly by the customer using the chosen delivery service or using the collection service provided by GABRIEL RIBEIRO – CTT Express. This service must be requested by email and costs €5.  

Once we receive the items, please allow 1-7 business days for refund, excluding shipping costs.  

 

Replacement  

Items you wish to exchange must arrive at our offices within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer free exchanges or pre-paid labels.  

Once we receive your item, you will be issued a store credit for the value of the item, excluding shipping, which you can use toward a new purchase. If our inspection reveals that the item has been used or modified (excluding tryouts), we will not accept the exchange. Items will be returned to you without prior notice.  

[Portugal] If you wish to use our return service, this costs €5 and is carried out by the carrier – CTT Express.  

[Other countries] Our return service is carried out by CTT Express and costs €15 within the European Union and €25 outside the European Union. When we send you the return label, we will arrange for BOU Express to collect it from your address. The amount will be debited to the return or exchange code. Canceling an order before shipping  

During discount campaigns, such as Black Friday, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. You can cancel any other order by sending an email to info@gabrielribeirojewelry.com within one hour of the order being placed. Simply send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge.
